Requirements
Strong track record, 8+ years, of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance roles within multinational environments. Ideally with ice cream expertise, extra brownie points for supply chain chops.
Strong background in financial modelling, forecasting, investment analysis, scenario planning, and performance management.
Hands-on go-getter: strategic but never afraid to roll up sleeves and dig into operational challenges.
Passion for values-led business, you get the numbers, but also why we stand up for causes that matter.
Deep technical proficiency in finance systems (SAP, ERP, Power BI, advanced Excel).
Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills across cultures, English fluency required, bonuses for additional regional languages.
