Track and monitor MQT/IQT training requirements and courseware updates
Assist with preparing recommended changes to training materials
Support aircrew verification and certification processes
Help ensure training documentation and requirements remain current and accurate
Provide mission employment support for HAISR operations, exercises, and tests
Assist with coordinating requirements across MPC, 9 RW units, and external organizations
Help ensure timely flow of mission‑relevant information to HAISR personnel
Support planning activities related to training, exercises, and contingency operations
Apply working knowledge of IMINT, SIGINT, and MOVINT sensor employment
Support data link operations and basic ISR architecture understanding
Assist with integrating HAISR capabilities into mission planning and execution
Contribute to the accuracy and usability of ISR products and mission materials
Support the Technical Director, Wing Operations Director, and MPC leadership as needed
Participate in meetings and working sessions related to HAISR mission execution
Assist with initiatives that improve HAISR processes, training, and coordination
Requirements
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of experience with DoD High‑Altitude ISR (HAISR) programs, including aircraft, sensors, data links, tasking, and national intelligence collection systems
Minimum 3 years of experience with Sensitive Reconnaissance Operations (SRO)
At least one specialist must have: 3+ years of operational IMINT sensor employment experience
At least one specialist must have: 3+ years of operational SIGINT sensor employment experience
Active TS/SCI clearance
Must be able to obtain a US Passport
