Manage proposals, including all aspects of proposal development
Develop/maintain proposal management-related artifacts for each opportunity
Review/analyze proposal sections for consistency and clarity
Manage and direct all proposal efforts to include preparation, revision, and submission
Clarify, communicate, and enforce the roles and responsibilities of the proposal team members
Collaborate with the capture manager, subject matter experts, and other writers
Lead/facilitate/drive the discussion during solution strategy sessions
Maintain version control throughout the RFP response lifecycle
Ensure proposal compliance, checking submissions for compliance regularly

6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field
4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field
High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience
Knowledge of the proposal development life cycle
Understanding of Shipley or other proposal development processes
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines
In-depth understanding of compliance with all sections of governmental RFPs
Experience analyzing RFPs, creating proposal outlines and schedules
Writing new material, editing written material, and producing high-quality proposals
Understanding of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)
