Role Overview
- Oversee multiple units in terms of commercial development, operational management and financial performance
- Manage processes related to business growth, hygiene and safety
- Act as the company’s ambassador to clients and staff
- Engage with clients/principals, offering proactive recommendations
Requirements
- Minimum five years' experience in the hospitality industry
- Degree or higher diploma from a recognized hospitality school
- Excellent knowledge of the catering sector
- Knowledge of the economic environment in the Canton of Vaud
- Valid driver's license
