Provide end-to-end systems support for key People cycles, including Open Enrollment, annual and mid-year performance reviews, and compensation planning.
Configure, test, and maintain Workday business processes across HCM, Performance, Compensation, and Recruiting modules.
Create and manage candidate ranking, rating, and evaluation templates to support hiring and talent decisions.
Develop and maintain standard and custom Workday reports and dashboards.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems and integrations.
Provide Tier I support through a ticketing system, resolving employee and manager inquiries in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate as appropriate.
Support SOX compliance activities, including documentation, audits, and access controls.
Participate in HR systems projects, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in related field (or four years of equivalent work experience)
6+ years of total experience
3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and administration experience
Hands-on experience building EIBs and complex reports in Workday
5+ years of progressively professional experience in data and systems analysis
Experience supporting cyclical HR processes
Experience using ticketing systems and providing Tier 2/3 support
Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
Strong knowledge of Workday and HR systems administration
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience analyzing large, complex datasets
Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills with all levels of stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, especially during peak cycles

Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of Core HR processes, procedures and best practices.
