About this role
Role Overview
Onboarding of new participants: You organize and support a smooth onboarding process.
Planning and conducting surveys: Through regular surveys, you monitor participants' needs and sentiment.
First point of contact for questions about training operations: You provide advisory support.
Complaint management: Receive and document feedback and complaints in a structured manner.
Contract management: Draft and review contracts and assist with administrative applications.
Requirements
Currently enrolled student – the field of study is secondary.
Excellent organizational skills and a structured, self-directed working style.
Strong communication skills and a high level of team orientation.
Reliable and discreet handling of confidential and personal information.
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
Experience with Google Workspace and/or HubSpot is a plus.
