About this role
Role Overview
Represent clients in a high-value advisory, litigation and arbitration capacity across the core insurance, reinsurance and commercial sectors referenced above.
Provide policy coverage advice, liability defence and cyber breach coach services.
Draft and review policy wordings, regulatory compliance documentation and advise on data protection issues.
Work with an array of domestic and international insurance, reinsurance and commercial clients.
Support cross-border matters involving other Clyde & Co offices whether involving Irish or English law.
Requirements
Is a minimum 6 years PQE.
Holds previous experience advising on insurance coverage issues and acting in the defence of non -personal injury litigation and arbitration disputes.
Demonstrates substantial experience managing defence litigation matters before the High Court, including the Commercial Court.
Qualified solicitor in Ireland (previous experience and/or a qualification in England & Wales is an advantage but not essential).
