As a Trainee in Performance Marketing (m/f/x), you will join our Paid & Organic Growth team and take responsibility for paid search campaigns from day one.
You will support the analysis of performance data and lead your own projects to identify growth opportunities.
Over time, you will develop into a Performance Marketing Manager.
You will work operationally on setup, optimization, and performance analysis, gradually progressing from execution to independent responsibility.
You will run your own projects with the goal of identifying and unlocking additional growth potential. Over time, you will expand your scope beyond paid search to other channels and cross-channel growth initiatives.

Strong analytical and structured thinking — you enjoy breaking down complex questions into clear components and working with numbers.
High level of personal responsibility and intrinsic motivation — you take initiative, work independently, and consistently see tasks through to completion.
Proactive working style and comfort with uncertainty — you are willing to make assumptions, run tests, and learn quickly from results.
A solid professional foundation (e.g., degree, vocational training, or comparable practical experience) and demonstrable analytical strength. The specific field of study is not decisive.
German at native level and very good English skills, both spoken and written.
