Own the vision for exception-managed, intelligent ordering workflows with stakeholders across Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Engineering
Monitor KPI performance across the ordering lifecycle
Stay current on industry standards and emerging capabilities to identify opportunities for further automation and simplification
Own the product backlog and drive quarterly planning, sequencing workstreams in alignment with business priorities and engineering capacity
Write requirements inclusive of process flows, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria for merchandise inventory ordering capabilities
Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Supply Chain Operations, and Engineering to translate business needs into clear product requirements
Align stakeholders across teams on sequencing, scope, and trade-offs

6+ years in the product management discipline
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap definition through launch and adoption
Ability to partner effectively to define, measure, and analyze processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities
Technical background and understanding of software development principles
Experience defining and tracking KPIs, using data and metrics to drive prioritization decisions and measure business impact
Ability to explain complex technical material clearly to users with varying levels of proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to stakeholders and leadership
Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
