You will analyse order fulfillment cycles and translate provisioning data into actionable visual reporting.
Your focus will shift from manual order handling to identifying bottlenecks in the turn-up process and building tools that monitor the health of the entire order pipeline.
Develop Data Visualizations: Create and maintain dashboards that aggregate alarm data and performance metrics to provide a clear view of network status.
Analyze Network Datasets: Perform deep-dive analysis into various systems to measure the effectiveness of current workflows and their impact on the business.
Strategic Reporting: Consolidate complex data points into structured reports that help the team prioritize automation projects and infrastructure improvements.
Team Integration: Maintain consistent communication with the US-based team to ensure all reporting and data tools meet current operational requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with one or more years of professional work experience.
Functional knowledge of Qlik and Looker.
Direct experience in data analysis and reporting, specifically the ability to identify trends within large datasets.
The ability to navigate and extract information from databases
Willingness to work a schedule that includes overlap with US Day shift.
A degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field (even better).
Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools or data visualization libraries (even better).
Experience working with large-scale IT infrastructure (even better).
Clear communication skills for collaborating with a distributed global team (even better).
