Product Manager

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to join one of their top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to drive the success of innovative and high-value products, focusing on customer experience and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the product’s value, viability, and P&L, formulating strategies and KPIs to meet business objectives
• Co-creates and evangelizes the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with overall business goals
• Conducts user research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and enhancements
• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to achieve KPI outcomes, promoting a product operating model focused on outcomes rather than output
• Drives continuous improvement and innovation by removing obstacles, fostering learning, and spreading best practices within the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of proven experience in lean product management or related roles
• 3+ years of enterprise-scale experience across multiple business areas
• Experience working as Product Manager for Enterprise Applications and AI Applications
• Demonstrated accountability for value, viability, and P&L objectives for a product and for an empowered product team
