Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap
Build, groom, and prioritize the product backlog using Jira
Demonstrate strong agile maturity by managing sprint planning
Work closely with development teams to ensure stories are well-defined
Develop a deep understanding of customer, worker, and user needs
Gather market and user feedback through customer interactions
Write clear and detailed functional specifications
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
Effectively manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support vision, strategy alignment
Communicate roadmap milestones, delivery timelines, and progress updates internally

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or Other Related Degree
Four (4) or more years related work experience
In lieu of Bachelor’s degree(s) AND four (4) or more years related work experience, High School/GED AND eight (8) or more years related work experience
Mobile application product experience strongly preferred
Experience working as a Product Owner in a well-established agile environment
Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting
5 or more years working in utility industry preferred
Agile Product Owner certification
'Black Belt' Six Sigma certification preferred
