Collaborate with other digital product businesses.
Drive toward eCommerce capabilities for Used Equipment.
Work closely with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) teams to develop integrations to that platform.
Define and own the roadmap for the Used Digital portfolio of applications.
Monitor core metrics to identify opportunities to improve customer and dealer experience.
Lead and mentor direct reports for effective delivery of features.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
Used Equipment Operational Business Knowledge: Inspection and valuation processes

Inventory management and marketing
Software Product Management: Has experience defining roadmap and managing critical product releases to meet business outcomes.
Gathers, summarizes and prioritizes ideas for new products, capabilities or features to improve customer experience

Manages and resolves conflicts between business units, sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Leads process of defining, analyzing and discussing solution options with multiple stakeholders.

Effective Communications: Effectively creates presentations and supportive materials to align understanding to product vision, roadmap and capabilities.
