Define, design, and govern the overall ServiceNow solution architecture
Partner with customers to understand business and technical requirements
Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing platform solutions aligned with enterprise standards
Design and architect scalable, distributed, on-premises and cloud-based services and applications integrating across multiple technologies
Lead the successful implementation of architectural designs while managing expectations, risks, governance, and best practice principles
Develop reliable technical solution plans, including estimates and optimized delivery approaches
Analyze complex functional and non-functional requirements, making appropriate design adjustments and providing effort estimations
Define, develop, and maintain reference architectures, domain models, and design patterns
Identify emerging and disruptive technologies that deliver business value
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline
8–10+ years of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on application hosting, solution architecture, and design
At least 5 years of ServiceNow Subject Matter Expertise (SME), including solution design and platform architecture.
Experience delivering innovative and effective solutions to complex business challenges, with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and KPIs
Solid understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript/AJAX
Strong experience in designing and supporting third-party integrations with the ServiceNow platform using REST, SOAP, SFTP, MID Server, and related technologies
Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise technical components such as LDAP, SSO, SSL, and other security/infrastructure technologies
Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to a high-performance delivery environment
