5-8 years of experience
Extensive experience with deployment tools
Expert in Desktop Management
Expert in Windows 10/11 issues
6+ years of technical expertise in software deployment tools such as SCCM, Intune, etc.
Experience with Software packaging tools
Managing mass software distribution
Managing end to end patching for end user devices
Application and third-party patching
Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software
Participate in triage calls
Research and analyze new technologies
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Strong ITIL process knowledge
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technology field preferred
Certification with any deployment tool – Preferrable
