You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.

Requirements
Formal qualifications in marketing or communications.
Strong stakeholder relationship skills, including the ability to take direction from multiple Campaign Leads, and proactively manage timelines and deliverables across commitments
Understanding of and experience in delivering integrated traditional and digital marketing campaigns
Strong digital knowledge and skills across marketing-related platforms, ideally Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CMS platforms.
Ability to drive and own key aspects of campaigns, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative thinking to the team.
A strong, data-driven project manager, who is highly collaborative, builds relationships, with the ability to manage multiple programs of work.
High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and commitment to continuous learning and development to contribute to the firm’s best practice marketing.
Experience and curiosity to leverage AI to drive campaign performance, uncover insights, and bring innovative approaches to our work.
Strong project management experience, including budget management
Highly analytical and commercially minded with an ability to connect the dots
