Strategic Product Category Management: Develop and implement strategies for product categories with a focus on online sales, aligned with company objectives and identifying growth opportunities.
Market and Trend Analysis: Conduct market analyses to identify new trends, consumer demands, and category-specific opportunities in digital environments.
Digital Sales Strategy Development: Create digital sales plans, including selecting appropriate online channels and campaigns.
Relationship Management with C&A's Product Development Area: Establish and maintain internal alignment to ensure adequate supply, maximize product strategy in the digital channel, set appropriate pricing to meet sales and margin objectives, and ensure content quality.
Optimization of Products' Digital Presence: Ensure that products' online presence is optimized across e-commerce platforms, social media, websites, and other relevant digital channels.
Performance and Results Analysis: Monitor performance metrics such as sales, profit margins, inventory, and market share, and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration with the Growth team to interpret customer journeys, define product filter and attribute strategies, develop content strategies, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Previous experience in product category management or similar areas, with a focus on digital sales strategies.
Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
Strong leadership skills, able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
