About this role
Role Overview
Guide new customers through the onboarding process in a structured way
Own a customer portfolio across the SMB, Mid-Market and Corporate segments
Analyze usage data and customer feedback
Build long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proactively identify opportunities to expand collaboration
Manage contract renewals independently
Ensure customers recognize the value and continually expand their use of the product
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Support
Requirements
At least 3 years in Customer Success or Account Management
Experience in supporting and growing existing customers
Structured way of working across the customer lifecycle
Experience in a dynamic start-up or scale-up environment
Strong communicator and empathetic
Ability to convey complex or technical topics in an understandable way
Strong growth mindset
Fluent English and native-level German
