Supporting the HR team to deliver across a broad range of projects and annual cyclical activities, such as benefit renewal, onboarding, payroll, recruitment, and performance review processes
Maintaining accurate employee records and data collection, such as sickness reporting, new starters, changes to role and terms, leavers, maternity, paternity and leave
Acting as first point of contact for HR, managing general queries on employee life cycle, lifestyle and benefits received in the HR inbox, and signposting colleagues to available resources
Supporting data quality and control, using regular checking and reporting, and ensuring processes/checklists are being followed
Support the Employee Relations (ER) team with ER cases by maintaining trackers, gathering information, and taking detailed notes during ER case meetings
Support the Organisational Development team with opportunities across Learning & Development, Early Careers, Employee Engagement, and Internal Communications
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure consistently high standards of HR support
Ensure that all work is handled fairly and consistently in compliance with legislation, HR best practice and ii policies
Requirements
To be eligible to work in the UK
To be over 18 years old as of 1st September 2026
To be a 2nd year student in a full-time undergraduate degree with an industry placement year, in a subject relevant to this role
To have achieved a minimum of 104 UCAS points at A-level (grades BCC) or an equivalent qualification (e.g., BTEC DMM)
Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) grades A* to C (new grades 9 to 4)
