Providing administrative support to the HR department
Managing employee records and maintaining the HR database
Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
Handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues
Assisting with HR projects and initiatives

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in the cosmetics industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
C2 level of English is a must and C1 level of Italian or French plus any European language is preferred.
