Customer Experience Representative

Role Overview

• Identify account risks, potential credit problems, and customer issues
• Service oriented with effective communication and follow up skills
• Maintain quality relationships with branch and account managers
• Log conversations, emails, and other communications
• Review and escalate accounts as necessary
• Contact customers regarding invoices past due
• Provide information for quick remittance
• Create, investigate and resolve disputes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of quality customer service and the relationship to collection efforts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to see the collections operation as a financially oriented customer service function
• Problem solving and quick research abilities
• Strong ‘client service’ mindset and collaborative non-adversarial approaches
• Commercial collection experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required
• Experience with SAP and/or ERP systems a plus
• Basic excel experience
