Pride Health is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support their client’s medical facility. The role involves handling inbound customer service calls related to Medicaid programs and services, providing accurate information, and resolving member issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service calls related to Medicaid programs and services
- Provide accurate information regarding benefits, eligibility, and general inquiries
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in internal systems
- Resolve member issues efficiently while following company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare privacy regulations
- Meet performance metrics related to quality, attendance, and productivity
Requirements:
- Handle inbound customer service calls related to Medicaid programs and services
- Provide accurate information regarding benefits, eligibility, and general inquiries
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in internal systems
- Resolve member issues efficiently while following company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare privacy regulations
- Meet performance metrics related to quality, attendance, and productivity
- Orientation lasts approximately 5 days and includes equipment setup
- Training begins immediately after orientation
- Camera must remain on during training sessions
- Equipment will be provided by the client (including 10-ft ethernet cable)
- Hardwired internet connection required (WiFi not allowed)
- Minimum 30 Mbps download speed
