About this role
Role Overview
Handle requests within SLA deadlines in the Salesforce system;
Provide and prepare inputs for internal and external audits and participate in developing action plans;
Validate improvements to processes, business operational systems, and migrations of new portfolios (Salesforce and NewCon);
Update policies and regulations related to the Group Management and Awarding (Contemplations) operations cell;
Conduct Group Monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with internal rules and current resolutions;
Analyze group balances, awards (contemplations), collection statuses and guarantees, identifying deviations and requesting adjustments from the responsible areas;
Extract, interpret and consolidate data from NewCon and Salesforce using Excel, Power BI and SQL for analyses and management reporting;
Prepare reports and KPIs to monitor the financial and operational health of the groups;
Monitor and coordinate corrective actions with responsible areas, ensuring processes comply with internal and external regulations;
Support internal and external audits by providing inputs and clarifications on monitored processes;
Drive continuous improvement of analyses and tools used, seeking greater accuracy and efficiency in monitoring;
Support coordination in updating terms related to the Group Management and Awarding operations cell;
Analyze, reconcile and approve supplier payments;
Analyze causes of customer complaints, audit findings and regulator (Bacen / SAG) observations, providing input to responsible areas;
Support the commercial area and other partners in developing solutions and improving internal and external customer requests;
Build indicators/KPIs for the involved teams;
Identify innovations and improvements for processes under your responsibility;
Validate the price adjustment process related to quota credits;
Perform verification, analysis and execution of quota transfers;
Handle cases related to the Group Management and Awarding cells, providing support to the Ombudsman and legal actions;
Process and reconcile supplier payments;
Monitor market best practices to support business sustainability.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or Mathematics;
Knowledge of the full consortium (consórcio) product lifecycle and its operations;
Minimum 3 years of experience in the consórcio/consortium segment;
Advanced Excel;
PCA-10 (ABAC certificate);
Knowledge of Central Bank Resolution 285 (Bacen);
Proficiency with the NewCon system;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Analytical mindset;
SQL;
Power BI;
CRM/Salesforce.
