Support the Head of Business Continuity in establishing, operating and continuously improving an effective Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
Ensure preparedness for and management of emergencies and crisis situations
Conduct Business Impact Analyses and identify and assess risks
Develop, implement and continuously enhance emergency and crisis management plans and IT emergency concepts
Plan, conduct and optimize trainings, emergency exercises, tests and simulations
Further develop relevant interfaces with adjacent areas and establish clear communication and reporting channels for emergencies/crises
Support and coordinate emergency and crisis teams as well as security-related measures domestically and abroad
Requirements
Completed degree in Business Management, (Information) Security or a related field, or alternatively an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
Extensive professional experience in Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management or IT Service Continuity Management, ideally with practical experience in handling real crises (e.g., cyberattacks, pandemics, geopolitical events)
Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO/IEC 22301, BSI 200-4, NIST) in the areas of Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management and, if applicable, Information Security
Experience in building, operating, improving and/or auditing a BCMS or emergency/crisis management system
Ideally strong experience in developing and implementing security concepts as well as conducting risk analyses and audits
Very good written and spoken English and German skills
