Support the Advanced Space Technology for Range Operations (ASTRO) Phase III program for the Operational Test & Training Infrastructure (OTTI) Integrated Program Office (IPO)
Deliver a prototype system to be used by Orbital Warfare and Electronic Warfare Range Operators
Develop a robust model architecture using a variety of tools, to include Cameo Systems Modeler, Power BI, and JAMA
Work directly with subject matter experts to precisely express system behaviors in SysML to facilitate requirements management, interface control definition, and communications across teams, partner companies, and Government stakeholders
Assist the Chief Engineer with preparing technical products, integrating efforts across mission partners, and interacting with Government customers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Systems Engineering (or equivalent)
5 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Master’s in related field; 0 years experience with PhD in related field
Understanding of requirements development, architecture definition/decomposition, testing strategies, and verification approaches
Ability to anticipate and mitigate programmatic implications of system challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with government stakeholders, company leadership, and technical subject matter experts in a wide range of disciplines.
