Design and fabricate mounting solutions for various sensors across multiple vehicle platforms, using metal, plastic (3D-printed), and sheet metal parts.
Design mechanical enclosures for electronic components, with consideration for heat dissipation using air or liquid cooling solutions.
Fabricate prototypes in-house, with a strong hands-on approach.
Perform basic mechanical analyses and collaborate with experienced analysis engineers on complex cases.
Work closely with suppliers and the purchasing team.
Provide mechanical support to internal teams across the organization.
Manage and execute multiple projects in parallel.
Participate in laboratory maintenance and upkeep.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
Proficiency in SolidWorks – mandatory.
Proven experience in designing complex surface parts.
Proven experience in designing parts for multiple 3D printing technologies
Proven experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM), including CNC machining and sheet metal parts.
Proven experience in electrical packaging.
Experience with heat dissipation and thermal management solutions.
Familiarity with PC and server mechanical structures.
