As VP of Finance, you’ll shape the systems, processes, and team that support our international expansion.
You’ll work closely with the CFO, leadership team, and investors to ensure we have the financial clarity, control, and insight needed to scale with confidence.
This is a role for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving how things work, and bringing financial intelligence to every corner of the business.

Senior finance leadership experience (VP Finance, Head of Finance, Finance Director or equivalent).
Experience scaling finance functions in high‑growth or change‑oriented environments.
Strong capability across reporting, planning, tax, and investor‑facing finance.
Experience with tax structuring, transfer pricing, and cross‑border tax matters.
Multi‑jurisdictional finance experience, including the US and UK.
Treasury experience across cash management and FX exposure.
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Professional practice experience is relevant but not required.
