Support the scheduling, monitoring and documentation of internal audits
Keep information up to date on projects, metrics and area documentation
Manage basic activities related to access, registrations and user profiles
Prepare and consolidate reports, records and controls for the area
Support the creation of manuals and guidance materials
Assist in communicating and promoting process improvements
Support the team in the use of systems and tools used by the area
Assist in organizing information for institutional reports and internal controls

Bachelor's degree completed in: Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Production Engineering or related fields
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of information technology
Ability to perform simple audits and consolidate information
Ability to carry out basic control and monitoring activities (metrics, access and internal records)
Organizational skills to structure and keep pages, documents and repositories up to date
Good written communication for reports, notices and manuals
Basic knowledge of project management
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle
Familiarity with control tools or management systems (Jira, SharePoint, etc.)
