Independent management of subledgers (accounts payable, accounts receivable including dunning/collections, and fixed assets) for CH, UK, PL, DE and US entities
Posting of bank transactions as well as performing account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Independent preparation and oversight of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under Swiss GAAP FER for the DE and US entities
Support with accruals, posting of payroll, revenue and VAT for CH, UK, PL, DE and US entities
Assistance to Senior Accountants as required
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training
Further training/certification as an accounting clerk (Sachbearbeiter Rechnungswesen) is an advantage
At least 5 years of experience in accounting/finance
Strong numerical aptitude, accuracy and reliability
Independent and organized working style
Proactive mindset and initiative
Enjoy working in an international environment
Very good German and English skills
