Role Overview
- Support and maintenance for an existing ERP customer base
- Handling support tickets at 1st and 2nd level Helpdesk
- Reviewing and processing system functions and customer requirements
- Version and test management
- Creation of documentation
Requirements
- Vocational training as an IT systems specialist (IT-Systemkaufmann), IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), or industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann)
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- Knowledge of the packaging industry and/or SQL Server is a plus
- Strong IT affinity and technical understanding
- Team player with good communication skills
