Responsible for leading the end-to-end commercial process, including prospecting, developing and closing deals, with a focus on consultative selling and building customer relationships.
Responsible for identifying opportunities, understanding client needs and proposing customized solutions, ensuring a high-quality experience and delivering results.
Perform active client prospecting via cold calls, WhatsApp and social media.
Deliver sales presentations, both online and in person.
Prepare commercial proposals aligned with the client’s needs.
Engage in negotiation and closing of sales, ensuring targets are met.
Manage the sales funnel (pipeline), monitoring opportunities at every stage.
Maintain continuous follow-up with leads and clients, ensuring progress through the sales process.
Support post-sale activities, strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Record and track commercial activities in the CRM.
Requirements
High school diploma (minimum).
University studies in progress or completed will be considered a plus, especially in Business Administration, Marketing, Aesthetics, Physical Therapy or other health-related fields.
Courses in sales, negotiation or customer service are desirable.
Prior sales experience is required.
Experience in consultative sales, preferably high-value sales.
Experience in the medical field, clinics, medical offices or medical equipment is desirable.
Experience serving physicians or clinics will be considered a plus.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Conta Azul, GoHighLevel or similar).
