Role Overview
- Support the operational construction of the campaign editorial line
- Build and schedule email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns
- Configure flows and automations in CRM and email marketing tools
- Perform technical QA (quality control) before each send — reviewing links, segments, dates, times and content
- Execute and monitor campaign sends
- Maintain and update the campaign calendar
- Track delivery status and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
- Experience with CRM tools and/or email marketing platforms (RD Station, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar)
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, especially CRM communications
- Methodical, detail-oriented and organized profile
- Ability to identify and flag errors before execution
- Good communication skills for alignment with copy and design teams
- Proactivity and autonomy to resolve operational issues
