Licensed Independent Behavioral Health Clinician – Case Manager

Role Overview

• provide comprehensive assessment, care planning, provider collaboration, and coordination of psychosocial services
• conduct in‑depth evaluations using clinical tools and plan benefits
• develop strategies to reduce risk factors
• manage complex clinical indicators
• perform crisis interventions, ensuring members are connected to appropriate treatment and receive timely follow‑up

Requirements

• Master's Degree and Independently Licensed in Behavioral Health
• 3 or more years clinical experience in Behavioral Health
• 3 years of post-master’s direct clinical experience in settings such as hospitals, ambulatory care, or outpatient facilities
• 3 years of experience with mental health and substance use disorders
• 3 years of experience using Motivational Interviewing
• strong technological skills
• An active, unrestricted independent behavioral health license (e.g., LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LCPC, LP, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) based on state regulations
