About this role
Role Overview
- Support CRM operations in HubSpot
- Assist in building and refining marketing automation workflows
- Design and maintain automated workflows using no-code/low-code tools
- Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance marketing copy
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and tech teams to ensure alignment
- Take care of basic website operations
Requirements
- Freshly graduated or junior profile
- Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals like lead generation, customer segmentation, and email campaigns
- Foundational knowledge of automation logic (triggers, actions, webhooks)
- Ideally experimented with tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work
- Confidence in written and spoken English
- Native level proficiency in Italian
- Based in Milan or able to come to the campus at least once a week
