Lead client conversations on AI tools, translating them into concrete program implementation and guiding organizations toward structured AI adoption.
Design the micro-architecture of programs, translating strategic inputs into delivery architectures, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans.
Run workshops with C-level stakeholders to identify business pain points and prioritize AI use cases based on ROI, feasibility, and strategic value.
Own selected strategic accounts during delivery, ensuring financial sustainability, margin control, forecasting accuracy, and long-term partnership value.
Work directly with senior stakeholders (HR Directors, Innovation Leads, C-level), acting as a trusted counterpart throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Negotiate scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients and suppliers, balancing feasibility, quality, and profitability.
Monitor project and account economics (revenues, margins, forecasts), managing trade-offs and mitigating delivery risks.
Contribute to PMO standards and delivery practices, mentoring junior Project Managers and strengthening overall delivery quality.
