Lead and develop the Inhouse design team, managing people as well as providing technical and creative direction.
Translate strategic narratives into clear, consistent, and effective visual identities.
Create, evolve, and ensure the application of Brand Guidelines and develop scalable templates.
Review and approve deliverables across different areas: Campaigns, Institutional Content, Product Launches, Product Materials, Social Media, CRM, and Events.
Work in an integrated way with Branding, Product Marketing, Growth, and Customer Marketing.
Use data, feedback, and performance learnings to improve assets and layouts.
Incorporate generative AI into the design workflow to gain speed, scale, and new creative possibilities.
Requirements
Solid experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or Branding.
Previous experience leading teams or serving as technical leadership (Creative Lead).
Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (Figma and Adobe Suite) and a multiformat perspective (digital, print, social, and video).
Ability to structure frameworks, guidelines, and design processes.
Experience working in complex, high-growth environments or managing multiple brands.
A portfolio that demonstrates strategic vision, visual consistency, and impact.
