Compiles, tracks, and summarizes monthly, quarterly, and annual sales data and key metrics.
Maintains and develops JANA’s CRM system (Salesforce).
Assesses and maintains current Sales processes and procedures.
Supports JANA’s Account Managers by drafting standard proposals for opportunities based on completed Proposal Request forms.
Coordinates internal resources and timelines for JANA’s responses to RFPs and maintains JANA’s RFP system (RFPIO).
Executes technical aspects of sales analytics and reporting.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business, Administration, or Marketing.
5+ years of Sales administration experience, including expert knowledge of Salesforce.
Prior experience maintaining the Salesforce database, employee set up/deactivation in Salesforce and creating dashboards and reports within Salesforce.
Prior experience working with Account Managers on the status of opportunities, updating the salesforce database based on new data, aligning renewal opportunities.
1-2 years of Data Analytics experience.
Proven ability to work in a fast paced and deadline-driven environment, managing conflicting priorities.
Meticulous and self-motivated, works independently under pressure to drive execution of JANA’s Sales processes.
