Coordinate Training Programs: Plan and manage the overall training schedule, working closely with project teams
Train-the-Trainer Approach: Equip client trainers with knowledge and resources
Create Training Materials: Develop a range of training materials tailored to specific user needs
Collaborate on Instructional Design: Work with subject matter experts to design training content
Support Training for Project Staff and Testers: Provide training to project staff and testers
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training sessions
Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple training projects at once
Collaborate with Teams: Work in partnership with implementation teams, software developers, and clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional/Curriculum Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (technical training or experience in other fields will be considered)
3.0 minimum GPA
Ability to absorb complex technical information and present it in an easy-to-understand format
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Personal qualities of integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in managing projects and meeting deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
