Master the Engagement Loop: Co-own high-intent systems like Watchlists and Price Alerts using a sophisticated, ML-driven push notification and CRM strategy.
Experiment at Scale: Drive a rigorous data-driven culture by running A/B tests on onboarding funnels, abandonment flows, and notification delivery.
Build Growth Infrastructure: Oversee the "Growth Platform," including the ML/policy layer for intelligent notifications.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to balance trading primitives with growth optimizations.
Requirements
7+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within consumer-facing fintech, exchange, or onchain trading environments.
Proven track record of scaling products via lifecycle marketing, referral loops, and retention mechanics.
Deep understanding of market structure, order types, execution quality, and liquidity.
Deep experience with data-driven development—defining North Star metrics, navigating attribution complexity, and running high-velocity experiments.
The ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments, making tough trade-offs to ship high-quality products on time.
Demonstrated ability to integrate generative AI tools into your daily workflow to increase efficiency and deliver business-ready outputs.
