define and execute the eCommerce strategy for DK Shop
own and scale DK Shop and gifting P&L
identify, prioritize and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and scale

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
at least 8 years of experience across eCommerce, retail, merchandising, or DTC businesses
at least 4 years of leadership experience
strong eCommerce expertise
proven experience managing P&L
demonstrated success managing vendors
strong operational expertise
