Manage and organize (meetings, calls, appointments)
Ensure schedules remain structured, efficient, and aligned with priorities
Help manage the increasing volume of commitments
Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups as needed
Upload and manage content across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Assist in maintaining consistent and aligned messaging
Organize content and ensure timely posting
Support visibility efforts (not responsible for full strategy or content creation)
Update and maintain the existing Squarespace website as needed
Create and publish blog posts
Upload images and make basic content updates
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative Support function
Good English communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate relevant decisions
At least 2 years of experience in calendar and schedule management using calendar applications (e.g., Google Calendar built on Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook Calendar built on Microsoft 365)
At least 2 years of experience in social media content posting and management (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram platforms via web/mobile apps built on cloud-based social media systems)
At least 2 years of experience using communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack built on real-time messaging platforms, Zoom built on cloud video conferencing infrastructure, Email systems such as Gmail/Outlook)
At least 1 year of experience in website content updates using CMS platforms (e.g., Squarespace built on SaaS website builders, WordPress built on PHP/MySQL web stack)
