Assist in the activation and configuration of customer accounts and related products
Support various setup activities needed for successful onboarding (e.g. domain configuration, access setup, data updates)
Contribute to maintaining accurate customer and billing information
Learn to apply account-level settings, including pricing and routing adjustments
Assist in reviewing channel costs and pricing considerations together with relevant stakeholders
Support the implementation of automated pricing updates
Contribute to broader company initiatives and operational improvements as assigned
Provide support with ongoing operational tasks that enable customer-facing teams (e.g., bulk updates, data maintenance, workflow upkeep)
Learn to evaluate existing processes and help identify areas for optimization
Assist in suggesting adjustments to improve efficiency and consistency
Support partner and internal teams in creating new customer records and ensuring smooth onboarding
Help coordinate initial setup tasks to ensure accounts are ready for use
Requirements
You are fluent in English, enabling you to support a diverse customer base and internal stakeholders
Final-year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures and guidelines.
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, sorting, basic data manipulation).
Eagerness to learn technical systems, business processes, and documentation standards.
Ability to collaborate across teams, track tasks, and manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
