Role Overview
- Set up and manage QuickBooks for U.S. operations
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
- Categorize transactions and reconcile bank/credit card accounts
- Manage and reconcile data across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok platforms
- Prepare monthly reports and support monthly close processes
- Collaborate with international finance team and external CPA
- Identify gaps and help improve financial systems and processes
Requirements
- Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in e-commerce businesses
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and/or TikTok
- Experience setting up bookkeeping systems ( QuickBooks strongly preferred )
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- Comfortable working with international teams and time zones
- Bilingual in Spanish and English – required
