Requirements
- minimum of 8 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on B2B or B2B2C products
- ability to take a feature from ideation to delivery, including user research and usability testing
- strong visual design skills for creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
- excel at systems-level thinking and design scalable solutions
- ability to articulate design decisions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- experience in building or contributing to design systems and pattern libraries
- strong communication and interpersonal skills for articulating complex design concepts
- bias toward action and ownership mentality
- bonus: in-depth industry knowledge in FinTech, particularly in the credit and risk space
