About this role
Role Overview
- Drive key operational performance requirements for Repair Management Services (RMS) customers including airline and engine overhaul centers
- Consistent, complete and accurate communication of account information and delivery commitments to customers and supporting organizations
- Support accurate order entry/induction of customer orders into SAP
- Manage customer units upon receipt in facility for same-day shipment to supplier and/or allocation into hospital/quarantine area
- Follow up on all customer requests in a timely and effective manner
- Provide and present quarterly progress reports and business reviews to customers and Fleet Managers
- Coordinate between Supplier Team and Fleet Management to enable successful delivery performance and ensure 'one voice' to the customer
- Generate and manage sales orders in SAP including account financials in accordance with contractual obligations
- Aircraft On the Ground (AOG) support and availability during off business hours as required
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Working experience in customer account management, contracts, sales, supply chain, or similar field
- Working experience in contracts, customer account management, or warranty administration, ideally in an aerospace or similar manufacturing environment
- SAP Experience
- Working experience within a customer facing role
- Experience with Contract management and execution, including financial compliance
