Role Overview
- Leads and develops a team of audit professionals
- Oversees, plans and executes audits of varying complexity
- Provides guidance, leadership, coaching, and development to ensure operational results
- Facilitates strategic audit discussions and provides thought leadership to executives
- Acts as strategic audit advisor and leads relationships with key enterprise partners
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience auditing or supporting Non-Financial Risk Management
- Strong understanding of regulatory expectations related to non-financial risk management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
