Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned to organisational goals, driving growth across sales, marketing, and consulting services.
Identify, secure, and lead complex sales opportunities, including shaping win strategies, solution design, commercial approach, and contract negotiations.
Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships across public and private sectors, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business while owning key customer accounts.
Oversee end-to-end sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, proposal development, procurement support, and alignment of internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
Provide market insight and strategic input, supporting bids, improving internal processes, representing customer needs, and contributing to organisational growth and team success.
Requirements
A strong understanding of healthcare IT; experience with medical laboratories or pathology services is beneficial.
Demonstrated success in complex services and solutions sales, including commercial negotiation.
Experience in account management and customer relationship management.
Strong organisational, time management and communication skills.
Leadership experience and contract knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
A proactive, motivated and collaborative approach to work.
