Provide support to senior/qualified team members managing a litigated, defendant casualty/motor caseload.
Draft court documents, attend hearings, and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
Conduct liability investigations, gather and assess evidence, and prepare client advice.
Identify appropriate medical experts and draft detailed instructions for expert reports.
Review and analyse medical records and other case-related documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the case management system in line with client service level agreements.
Perform general administrative duties to support case progression.
Deliver exceptional client care and maintain professional communication at all times.
Requirements
Previous and tangible experience handling in your own right or assisting on a litigated, defendant personal injury caseload, preferably including motor and casualty claims.
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, whilst working to strict deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to quickly and carefully analyse files and sensitive data.
Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous knowledge of working with a case management system.
Demonstrable knowledge of the importance and use of Management Information.
