- Serve as point person for a portfolio of enterprise CPG customers
- Establish high levels of customer partnership and trust
- Lead customers from implementation to active utilization
- Collaborate with customers on organizational changes
- Maintain momentum on multiple work-streams
- Delegate tasks while managing requests among client teams
- Mentor internal team members on specific subject matters
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Managing complex customers across multiple stakeholders
- Experience motivating customers through process changes
- Account growth through cross-selling or upselling
- Analytical background; experience analyzing data
- Project/engagement management experience
- Understanding of the CPG and retail ecosystem
