Role Overview
- Lead the strategy, definition, and execution of complex, cross-company programs
- Turn poorly understood problems into well-structured programs
- Create cross-program roadmaps spanning multiple engineering organizations
- Demonstrate deep technical acumen proposing and derisking solutions
- Partner with VPs to align program goals with company strategy
- Drive operational excellence through data-driven program management
- Unblock teams by resolving resource gaps and negotiating priorities
- Define and scale foundational frameworks, processes, and criteria
- Mentor and onboard TPMs across experience levels
- Proactively identify new problem areas with business impact
Requirements
- 10+ years of post-graduation experience in technology
- Proven track record leading end-to-end, company-wide programs of high complexity and ambiguity
- Expert ability to design program structures, execution plans, and cross-program roadmaps
- Deep technical domain knowledge influencing architectural decisions
- Exceptional communicator with experience presenting to VP and executive audiences
- Data-oriented decision maker with experience defining KPIs/OKRs
- Demonstrated ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement
- History of mentoring and developing TPMs
- Strong relationship builder navigating competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology or engineering discipline
